What we build

The Trust

A finished Texas spendthrift trust that owns everything, reviewed by a Texas trust lawyer (we budget $500 for one review and one round of edits). Includes the trust EIN and the gift tax filing for the family member who funds it.

The Companies

A holding LLC owned by the trust and a detailing LLC owned by the holding LLC, with company agreements, EINs, and bank account setup. We also close out your current LLC.

Running It Right

Your employment agreement and payroll, the trustee's yearly approval, a cash reserve policy, and a simple checklist so the protection holds up.
